DCI

DCI is Chad Walters. Chad has been in various stages in the construction industry for the past 20 years. He is familiar with construction practices from the ground up. After graduating from Permian High School, Chad worked in the field as a carpenter learning the “nuts and bolts” of the framing industry. Chad then went on to work for both the City of Odessa and the City of Midland in the Community Development departments and the Building Inspection Department.
After leaving the City of Midland, he graduated from Midland College and went on to the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. While attending college, Chad developed the company DCI. DCI works with Engineers and Architects to develop a comprehensive plan for commercial projects, and works with homeowners and contractors for residential needs. Chad has several certifications from ICC (International Code Council) including Building Plans Examiner and Building Inspector.
